Это Великая Отечественная война, депортация крымских татар и их борьба за возвращение на родину. И, наконец, «русская весна» 2014 г.
Автору удалось органично соединить, казалось бы, несовместимые вещи: остросюжетный приключенческий роман и документальное повествование, где добросовестно и правдиво рассказывается о событиях недавнего прошлого. Один из ключевых персонажей романа Эскендер, младший представитель рода Исмаиловых, приезжает в Казань по семейным делам. С этого момента начинается череда невероятных событий. Автор следует традициям Гоголя, Булгакова, Салтыкова-Щедрина, у которых даже самые уродливые явления окружающей действительности обрисованы с юмором. Действие романа происходит в Ташкенте, Казани, Москве и Крыму.
The lives of three generations of a Crimean Tatar family, described in the novel Ak Bure, are inextricably linked to the most important events in the history of Russia and Crimea in particular. One of the key characters in the novel, Eskender, the youngest member of the Ismailov family, comes to Kazan on family business. From this moment on, a series of incredible events begins. The author follows in the traditions of Gogol, Bulgakov, and Saltykov-Shchedrin, who depicted even the most grotesque aspects of reality with humor. The novel is set in Tashkent, Kazan, Moscow, and Crimea.
