I am a Master's student at the Graduate Center and instructor at Hostos Community College, City University of New York. I am a translator from many languages and work with Lost & Found: The CUNY Poetics Document Initiative. I have translated the letters of Paul Blackburn and Julio Cortázar from Spanish into English, the poems of Semyon Khanin from Russian into Portuguese and Spanish, as well as other poets and writers. I am currently working on a translation of Osvaldo Lamborghini's El fiord. My academic interests are aesthetics, image and representation, poetics, and world literature.
