I’m an Italian based in Madrid and I work as a freelance editor and translator. After I wrote my university thesis on Marina Tsvetaeva and the samizdat phenomenon, I never stopped caring and studying about censored books from the Stalin era on. My dream is to open a publishing house that works only with samizdat books. In the meantime, I manage a blog called Samizdat, in which I publish articles concerning the freedom of speech and freedom of writing without censorship. Tamizdat Project is an incredible opportunity to make my passion about this topic growing and growing.
