As a native New Yorker with parents who have always cherished literature, I've developed a strong passion for it myself. Now, in my senior year at Stuyvesant High School, I am on a mission to learn Russian fully to read it in my parent's native language. The Tamizdat Project has been an incredible experience for me to do so, and has also deepened my love and understanding of Russian literature.
